Receipt export guide
Turn receipt records into an Excel spreadsheet
Keep the original receipt beside an editable record, then download a spreadsheet you can review, filter and share. Manual entry and exports run in your browser; an active paid pass is needed only for AI extraction.
1. Add receipts or start with the sample
Open the workspace and choose a PDF, PNG, JPG or WebP. Create a manual record without uploading the file, or use paid AI extraction to prepare the fields. The public demo uses fictional documents if you want to try the workflow first.
2. Check the record against its original
Confirm the supplier, invoice number, date, currency, subtotal, tax and total. Correct missing values and inspect possible duplicate alerts. Identical amounts alone do not prove that two purchases are duplicates.
3. Export the rows you need
Select specific records or export the full reviewed list. Choose Universal CSV for a plain data file, or Excel workbook for numeric amount cells, date cells and styled headers. Invoice numbers and account codes remain text so leading zeros are preserved.
Before you import
- Keep different currencies in separate totals; ReceiptBulk does not convert receipt amounts.
- An XLSX file is an export, while a JSON workspace backup lets you resume editing later.
- Backups contain records, without original files, sign-in credentials or paid-access entitlements.
Export option: Universal CSV / Excel workbook.
Try the workflow with fictional receipts
Use the public sample to compare originals, edit fields, inspect a duplicate and export CSV or Excel. Manual entry in the workspace does not use AI; an active paid pass is required for AI extraction.
